Ideal e2 levels during puberty

What would the typical range of good e2 levels be to keep growth plates open for as long as possible without absolutely nuking your estrogen. At what levels should you take an AI?

normal is 10-20 pg/ml and you should take a Ai at 30+ but always get Bloodwork

Last time i got bloodwork my e2 was 29 but that was a few months ago, im getting it again but if its still in that range do you think an ai would be necessary
