ears dont matter unless deformed or comically large, either way otoplasty is easy. ears are just cartilage. had a thing with a girl missing an earlobe and she was hot as shit (and also rich).

I don’t think so. I think ears simply need to be normal sized and normal shaped, not elf shaped or any weird shit. Ears are one of the parts of our faces that simply needs to be there and not there. If you notice the ears, your ears are already bad.
