IDEAL Fasted Glucose

Does anyone know what the ideal fasted glucose level is

I’m not diabetic or anything but got glucose tester for taking peptides

My fasted glucose is around 100 - 110 which is not good

I’d like to know what the absolute IDEAL blackpilled level is for a healthy person

according to the chart its slightly pre diabetic, and maybe 70 would be ideal?

have been fasting since yesterday and it says 93 which is better, went up to 105 after 4 mile run.

Lol 70 is Low Glucose. Anything Below 100 is Fine
