Didn't realise Thom Strijd was that ripped...

His ab insertions, clavicle length, humerus insertion and chest insertions are very good.

His waist could be slightly smaller and his arms an inch or 2 bigger.

I would give his frame 8.5/10...

With his FACE the difference between even a 6/10 and 10/10 frame is meaningless though.

I would give his frame 9/10.

Shoulders and arms are near enough ideal. He has a bit of chest gap though and his abs could be slightly more symmetrical.

my gf has a similar build, but big D cup breasts. very "old hollywood" hourglass, with minimal belly fat and most of her muscle tone is concentrated on her legs.
