don’t weigh it down too much with oils and shit

my hair dries out easily so I use smaller amount of shampoo each time and it works somehow

I use a cream which acts as a leave in conditioner for my curls

conditioner/oils are essential for my type of hair but I’m not sure about fine hair

Try washing your hair by mixing in a baking soda + water mix to soak up the grease, then wash that out and run apple cider vinegar through to cleanse + conditioner. Worked really well for me when I was using it, doesn't fuck your hair like shampoo does but handles the grease issue. I use Nizoral now though because I'm a Norwoodcel.
