Darker hair is only preferable on pale white skin north atlantids or those with light blue/green eyes for the contrast.
Tall dark and handsome means some tan, dark brows,lashes and not light yellowy blonde hair.
On meds with brown eyes or similar phenos with white Arab mixes etc or white levantines,
The ideal is medium brown or light brown with subtle golden blonde highlights.
Examples
Darker eyebrows would be ideal here
Yeah you could get colour contacts but usually it will give you medium blue/green at best, not light blue, so this is still preferable, maybe with green contacts.
