If you want to fix hairline you should go with Kaser now, I am booked for June this year.
Kaser takes 3.5eur/graft, I am going for 2000 grafts (7000 euro), it doesn't include flight, hotel (so it will be 9000 euro for high-end stay), but at least he is known for doing it himself and his results are insane.
