Im problaby 3-5 months away from having this length. Ive not been using conditioner or shampoo at all since november cause i fell for the no shampoo meme. Should i start using both and/or anything else?

I meant no water exposure on rest days. If you'll wash them very frequently you'll fuck up them and bald very early. I think yes you should buy good quality Conditioner

Are you sure its norwood? I have a long skull and forehead, I dont see any signs of recession rn and people irl say i have a good hairline.

Nah, as I said you shouldn't wash it every day. Every hair specialist will tell you that it's very harmful for hair. Shampoo itself is Chemicals which are Unnatural for hair

He wanted to say that because of your Forehead height you don't have equal Facial Thirds, your Middle Third is the Smallest one.

If it is you, I high suggest you to cover your forehead with hair. Ideally your Upper Third must be the either slightly smaller or the same height as Middle Third
