Ideal height for genioplasty

have surgery scheduled for Saturday. The plan is to advance the chin forward ~ 6mm, but this also gives the option to adjust vertical. I’m unsure whether adding any height is a good idea.
My lower third is already around ~38%, but my philtrum is relatively long (~18 mm). What do you think?

I spent the night in the hospital and I’m now just waiting to be released. I can’t tell what the outcome will be yet. I feel that we didn’t go as far as we could, but that’s on me, since I asked the surgeon to be more conservative to make sure it looks natural. But maybe it’s just my anxiety. Interestingly, I don’t have much swelling and no pain.

It went very smoothly. There wasn’t much pain, swelling is under control, and I could speak almost normally one day after the surgery. I’m honestly surprised how easy it’s been.
Mentally, it’s a bit different. I’m not sure if I was too cautious with the movement, especially since the surgeon wanted to go further forward but it is to early to say yet so I am quite anxious these days.
