what is the height at which your smv will boost the most

how shortProbably from average to tall but if you are short you should also get it
From what I remember you are 5'3, you should get it IMO unless you will look like too much of a trexhow short
The guy i saw was even worse than that6'1, then get double LL to be 6'5.
That's mental illness. Not doing LL but doing 16 fucking cm and massively increasing his risk of complications when he only needed half of that to be the perfect male height.i saw a man on instagram that went from 183 to 199
So 2 inches is the minimumDepends on which one you wanna do. According to Paley's site the safest options are tibias only for 5 cm, or 8 cm for tibias+femurs. Above that you're gambling with your long-term health and most doctors will probably refuse unless you're a turbo manlet. So realistically your options are 2 or 3 inches increase. I feel the biggest boost in SMV is either 6'0-6'3 or 5'8-5'11. Below 5'8 is probably where the benefits begin to decrease, 5'7-5'10 won't make a big difference and you need to consider the more dangerous options.
LL is a very complex, expensive and difficult surgery with some potential complications, so I can't in good conscience just advise you to do it, it has to be based on your own research, but I can also imagine how difficult being 5'5 must be and how beneficial it would be for you to become taller.Should a 5'3 man bother to become 5'5
So i would be the best height to do ll5'3-5'4 to 5'7 probably. Shorter than most women to taller than most women.
