You are right. There are a lot of girls that say to me that around 6'3 is good but he shouldn't be "too tall because I can't even kiss him and it's just freaky". Obviously height is good but there is a limit and a healthy balance, like with everything. There are exceptions of course too. If the woman is like 5'10 or above she doesn't mind 6'6 or more.

Health issues can already occur if you are 6‘2.
When you are 6‘5+ it’s nearly impossible to not have any kind of issues.
