Well I'm 6'7" so. Even then most guys around 6'4"+ have dogshit frames on my campus except for the football players. Even the basketball players look awkward and gangly.

Basketball players tend to be more skinny/muscular. 6’4 guys that are lanky, just don’t put in the work to fill out. It’s easier to fill out if you’re shorter, but it’s definitely doable. People just aren’t putting the work. It’s not, because it’s incredibly hard to do.
