Ideal heights and frames for male and female

Ideal height for a woman; 6 ft, 183 cm

Ideal height for a man; 6 ft 6 in, 198 cm

I feel like this is a very good overall height without losing function and it's good for overall health

I feel like at 6 foot 8 plus it starts to become extreme and harder for someone to function as in run and have overall coordination.

I don't know if anything taller would result in more fighting success due to loss of movement.

Ideal frame male; wide biacromial, v taper shape, large joints, lean, proportional hips; good limb proportions, wide ribcage

Ideal frame female; slim ribcage, narrow biacromial, wide hips (not extremely wide), good limb proportions

but as long as you're 6'0-6'6 you're good, face starts to matter a lot more relative to height though i would say beyond 6'2 you dont necessarily need any more height

The amount of facially attractive people at those heights is much lower because they are lower in number. Every 6'4+ person i meet is usually just LTN or average looking. I meet more people around 5'10-6'2 which is why im naturally going to see more attractive people of those heights on average. So yeah Beauty is rare but height has no correlation unless the bad looks are attributed to poor development

i was born in the netherlands and the height differences are quite noticeable but on average tend to be the same. Most guys here are 180 on average maybe a little shorter. I don't see giants commonly walking down the street like in the netherlands. Every block has that set of like 10 guys that look like they have acromegaly
