Ideal height for a woman; 6 ft, 183 cm
Ideal height for a man; 6 ft 6 in, 198 cm
I feel like this is a very good overall height without losing function and it's good for overall health
I feel like at 6 foot 8 plus it starts to become extreme and harder for someone to function as in run and have overall coordination.
I don't know if anything taller would result in more fighting success due to loss of movement.
Ideal frame male; wide biacromial, v taper shape, large joints, lean, proportional hips; good limb proportions, wide ribcage
Ideal frame female; slim ribcage, narrow biacromial, wide hips (not extremely wide), good limb proportions

, genes won't carry much but still I will try out some things I know some secrets methods like Lateral Synovial Joint Loading, Heel Method, Low Magnitude high frequency vibration, Spine plates are open till 25 so weighted hanging would help plus microfactures would still work on my shin ig coz I gained 2 inches from microfactures and banded sleeping
