I wonder what other people think, but here is my opinion. It's summarized as a "true HQNP" but more narrow than others definitions so I'll specify. The only non-negotiables would be:

-HTB or above
-Smart. There is a difference between being IQ smart and just being able to discuss ideas that are above a basic level. I don't really care if you can learn Calculus III, it's more about just how you can communicate and understand more complex things
-Sophisticated. Simply just is not one of those girls who likes only what the crowd is and every action is not calculated to fit with the majority. This is very easy to tell and one of the most basic signs is alcohol consumption. Unsophisticated girls will drink their brains out to just fit in and be whatever. Sophisticated girls likely have a deeper understanding of a few ideas.
-Genuinely nice. Very simple. Not a brat, not snobby, etc. Is genuinely nice and you can tell their is an effort from them to not be mean or rude. They're not the type of girl who talks over the teacher on class and they don't insult people to feel better about themselves.

That's really it when it comes to non-negotiables that I can think of. The rarest of those characterics I would think would be sophistication.
