What would you say is the best guidelines to set up macros for best gym performance and best health in general?

for gym I would say like 60% carbs, 25% protein and 15% fat

More fat won’t give you any enhancement in your face as well as carbs, your asked for gym advice not face

Carbs don’t bloat you at all you’re fine, as long as you maintain 12-15 BF% you will be good
