well i should preface by saying i didnt get my first voice drop until 16 and still dont have an adams apple at 17, but i used mk677 for 4 months and grew just shy of 4 inches (late december-end of march). late bloomer is law, even my hand growth plates are still open jfl

damm, thats insane wtf. my voice didnt really drop until like 2ish years ago so i probably have some more growing too. did you notice anything on mk at all? do you think it helped?

mk made me sleep better and i also went from framelet (17 inch bidelt) to true frame adam (21 inch bidelt) without training at all, my biacromial is 18 inches now which is like well into top 1%. its actually weird how much my frame and height changed, my mom thought she was shrinking lmao

yeah for such a country like Netherlands, the ideal tall male height should be like 6’6-6’7 (avarage Netherlands height is 6’1) no joke, 4in more than the average of countries won’t be enough, tbh should be more like 6-7inches from the avarage to be even considered tall, and everything here im taking about is BAREFOOT, so translation for Americans, so basically the average height in the Netherlands is 6’2, and the best height difference for you to be the tallest ideal male height for you to not be heightmogged by random people might be litterly 5-6in of height, so basically you’ll have to be a legit 6’7-6’8 for you to be considered tall and that’s with shoes.

Nuh, that's too much. I live in the country where 5'11-6ft is average among my generation, and I, being 6ft 4 at best, am considered tall. I'm the tallest in my class as well. Yes, there are like 5% of men taller than me in this country, but that's okay
