My ramus length is like 4cm and 130 gonial angle.

You dont measure this in absolutes because it depends largely on your skull size. Just see if you lips and chin are ahead of your eyeballs enough, to know if you have good amount of forward growth.

Photoshop has a measure tool. Or just measure in pixels with paint.
