Imo mouth to nose ratio is flawed because as a man having a wide nose is way less bad than a narrow mouth but both change the ratio equally. Both need to be considered or just consider mouth to total face width.

1:1 is insanely high and reaches a point of diminishing returns or even looking worse. Most people with 0.95+ look like they have a 1:1 ratio. 0.9+ almost aways looks wide.

ES ratio: distance between your iris/bizygomatic width=0.46

so 0.46/0.9=0.51

mouth to jaw=0.51

Distance between iris is slightly lower than inter pupillary distance. So if 0.46-47 is ideal esr then iris distance should be around 45% of bizygomatic width
