how has it been on your appetite and mental health? i am skinnycel not trying to lose weight, also am naturally a bit depressed so not looking forward to a worse mood. i took 600mg today (mine just arrived today) and felt ok so far so wondering if i should bump up.

appetite is fine maybe a bit lower but i am bulking to. Make sure to take onbe with selenium and molbydenuym
