Ideal Neck Proportions

Steve Reeves says neck should be 79 % of head size.

I also remember reading that your neck width should be 90% of your jaw width.

For the width it makes sense that you do not want your neck to be as wide or wider than your jaw.

I am 15 inches right now untrained goal is to get to 16in in a few months.
