Don't bother with orals alone
You'll want a test base (needs to be injected) and most orals are quite liver toxic and/or suppressive
If you're too scared to/can't have needles then maybe a lighter SARM cycle but there may still be some test suppression and mediocre gains

You can’t do oral steroids only. You shouldn’t do sarms only either.

I would generally advise against SARMS but RAD-140 is usually the one people go for

Ideally a test base to not tank your test but thats injectable
If you're on orals only don't add anything else to it to make things worse and don't run it for too long
Do your own research on dosing and cycle length
