literally just cut until you're scrawny and slowly start eating more while lifting.

first off, if you decide to take anabolic steroids you have a choice to make:

-
lose all of your gains once you cycle off (even with proper PCT you´will most likely lose them all)
or
-be on hormone replacement therapy/androgens for life

second of all, focus on you diet regardless of what you take, eat less than you burn off (calorie deficit) while being as full as possible and eating good-tasting foods (i have made a thread on this:https://looksmax.org/threads/the-di...ookbook-works-better-than-clenbuterol.686780/)

thirdly, you could use cutting agents (not recommending it by the way). the most effective cutting agents by far are appetite supressants like for example semaglutide and melanotan 2, clen, cardarine and stimulants are pretty effective too

and finally: if you decide to take steroids, you could use compounds that have little to no estrogenic and progestrogenic side effects and don´t interact with mineral corticoid receptors too much ("dry" compounds).
avoid test (beyond maybe 100-250mg/week as a base), dbol and nandrolone (beyond 50-150mg/week for joint support) like the plague

good luck finding a source for those claims

a few cycles to around natty potential then stopping is the meta now

i have my bloodwork and every single metric is within reference

Do fast metabolism-cels really need to go on a proper cut? I managed to lose 15 pounds from Ramadan alone without watching what I eat
