Chill personality type is optimal. You must be able to hold conversations, have a sense of humour, but also be relaxing to talk to and quite low energy. This contrasts many women's personalities very well and encourages them to open up, making them become more attached to you. You don't need attention but are very good at giving it. Low confidence spergy personalities are the opposite to this and will repulse women.
