what do you think about the best bizygo/bigonial ratio ?
1/1 looks dumb, 0.9 seems the best isn't it ?

also, wich is most important ratio : bizygo/bigonial or bigonial/mouth size

Surgery can make the jaw or zygos broader so it can def change both ratios.

Surgery can make the jaw or zygos broader so it can def change both ratios.

you cant just think once i get this surgery my bizygo:bigonial will be exactly 1:1 (example)

arvid was fixating over getting this exact forehead ratio and not even that gave him the exact ratio

then they add by milimeters the needed augmentation.
of course it will never be 100% accurate, cause people get fater and leaner etc. but it's an idea.

essentially the bizygo only makes up 90% of the bigonial width

the result is based on the surgeons decision, not yours. their taste ultimately rules over whatever shit you want

look at alfaro, similar advancements everytime. know 3 ppl overadvanced

ramieri, a guy named @datguyyoulike had planned movements, ramieri decided to change it on the surgery table

most stars got an 90 to 95 bigonial to bizygo ratio, so slightly shorter.
