Ideal skin tone for dark brown eyes?

is it still ideal for T50cels to tan? Or should they try to lighten their skin to increase contrast?

T50 is hell, pale most likely but still doesn't work well :Comfy:

Yeah I know I was kidding lol. The only reason I asked about T50 is because I have T40 which i feel like looks the exact same as T50.
