FGFR3 does not close the growth plates, that's decided by other factors.

With erda it gets so bad there’s this guide and you have to take like 7+ things just to mitagate the sides + you lose muscle + you can’t eat normal meals

lmao same my dad grew an inch after highschool, Anastrozole is a Aromitise inihibitor (AI) basically it blocks the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, estrogen is like the primary thing that closes growth plates so basically you could prob keep your plates open till your like 20 if you already have a young bone age at 17 which would result in more final adult height. tbh there isnt too many side effects other then joints feeling stiff and stuff you would have to take vitiman D3 and K2 with it ofc but its not too harsh unless you use it for long term like 5 years.

eat a lot of egg whites, don't eat the yolk. egg whites barely have any phosphorus and they will still give you the protein, if you're eating steak: 100g of steak would contain 200g of phosphorus so just make sure you're counting it with each food you eat and keep it under 800mg a day
