Ideal waist size in men?

I currently measure around 30.5 inches around my waist, still dieting for another 2-3 months. What would you say the ideal is? I think I was around 28" at my leanest.

it’s relative to your shoulders, aim for > 1.6

32, bigger than that only if you're huge (both tall and very robust). I believe Schwarzenegger had 34 size pants, and his waist looks small (compared to his shoulders).

depends on ur height and shoulders, an ideal front profile is a shoulder to waist ratio of 1.9 or 2.0
