How much do you drink a day

And how much do you think is ideal for overall health & skin

8 glasses a day is the recommended intake. I'd say just take 1 glass every 2 hours, maybe more if you sweat a lot.

depends on a lot of things how much do you walk your weight ect but generally keep it between 1.5-2 l minimum
 
None because water dehydrates you
