190 pounds sweet spot, 10 or 12 % bf. Not sure what you are but that's ideal for a guy that's 6'2 pretty much.

This. Whatever height in cm just take off 100 and you get weight range with +5kg or -5kg. For example 180cm - 100 = 80kg +-5kg is good weight range.

Try stay under 18% body fat, 12-15%. Ideal as sustainable and still lean enough.
