unironically I’m eating 1200 calories for last 4 months and I’m growing .5 inch a month anyways it doesn’t matter, as long as you are getting nutrients you are going to grow
+ even if it stunts my growth by an inch I don’t care i want to slay during my teen years and I’m willing to take the hit for slaying past 18+

nah bro u can rot, doing sports doesnt affect your height grwoth with hgh
but if u arent sports ur kinda missing out on some of hgh affect in the sense that hgh helps with them so ur getting less bang for ur buck

But obv if you're an ethnic or southern european you can be 190cm and as little as 80kg would still look fat on you, as you dont have the frame for it
