identifying as a woman to get test

i am biologically a guy and i identify as a guy, but if i went to my doctor and said "i identify as a woman, but i wanna turn into a man", is there a chance that i could convince my doctor to give me test, since i wanna "change" genders? cause if he doesn't prescribe me some, i could make his reputation bad by saying he discriminates people. am i onto something or do i just think so cause i'm tired?
