People who have good mental / physical health, good neurotypicality, good looks, good height, good social lives, romantic relationships, a good family, generational wealth

The regret of my life and everything I did wrong just floods so intensely it overwhelms my capacity to do anything else but despair in stillness.

Not only for the hand I was dealt but for the way Ive reacted to it

The envy and regret and pain paralyzes me and makes its way into my heart like a rushing waterfall of needles

But the worst torment is that this overwhelming noise never makes its way into the material world, it forever stays confined to my head. There is never a proper response to rectify this internal screaming. Only more ignorance, escapism, and self-denial.

It’s too late. I already opened the Pandora’s box. Now even if I got rid of it, I would still be cursed with the knowledge of how others lives compare to mine. The only solution is to react, but all my life Ive been taught to do the opposite. The only answer is to go against my nature.

I was 51 yeaterday

I blinked and 4 years passed me by with zero movement or change

If I continue doing what I’ve been doing my entire life will be over devoid of any story

I’ll never wake up from this comforting dream

I have to do some crazy shit to break the cycle

something that will wake me up like a splash of cold water to the face

The more I think the less I move

I have to start doing shit and thinking afterward

But this mindset is so impossible to get into while sober

The only way is to construct a meaning big enough that it becomes even bigger than yourself

Just cope. Don't think about it, romanticize your own life and struggling internally, find a goal or hobby to distract yourself.

This cope works for the first week or so and then collapses under the slightest scrutiny and self-examination

That’s what I’ve been doing

I like doing it

But it’s repulsive to me at the same time

Deep down I would rather cut the suspense and find out immediately if it’s all worth it or not, completely unbiased

Sadly there’s no such thing

I guess I get discouraged too easily

That’s the main problem

I try to build up momentum

Towards my goals

But even the slightest resistance and I fall back down the pit I’m trying to climb out of

Because it’s easier to accept defeat than to try

My ego is too big as well

I’m hyper sensitive to what others think of me

I don’t need any advice btw anything you say I already thought of during my nightly mental masturbation just writing it all down for myself and other mentalcels

i am not a fan of giving advice either haha

seeing as accepting advice is a genetic trait & not everybody can truly accept it

nevertheless

it is normal to get discouraged easily

you are 19

it’s okay

look on the bright side, you fixed your strabismus & you’re in college

things will obviously get better as time goes on & you get older

Everyone is inferior to someone else somehow. On the bright side, you don't see your life as hopeless and ruined enough to commit suicide, at least not yet. The relative of someone I knew back in middle school killed themselves over casino debt JFL. Might sound like crazy cope but things could always be worse. Just accept it and stop fighting the objective fact you don't have everything you want and maybe never will. This may also sound stupid as fuck and might be a shit idea but try finding some way to look down on people or rationalize what others feel and have as meaningless experience. You seem pretty into philosophy. Reading fiction (sci-fi specifically) helped me a lot personally.

You have to look at it this way

Always beeing envious as well as beeing unsatisfied with yourself wont get one far

If you would search for reasons to kys, everyone would have many

But the same thing goes for positive things in life

Find your own happiness in certain things, as this is what will keep you going and motivated in life
