They are lowkey the only ppl who can say they are outside the matrix and they don’t gaf what ppl think of them ig

They don’t try to fit in they just roam around have their own culture and harass ppl for money

Mainly tourists since by now any European knows not to give them money ig

Nobody knows much about them they are said to have originated in India as Dalits and have been migrating the world for centuries now, mainly settled in Romania but after the EU they just came everywhere else Europe is full of gypsies
