Idk if what I did is cope but something definitely happened from doing this

my teeth have straightened, tooth pain is now gone and I’ve grown an inch even during a calorie deficit. 3-4. Times weekly after gym I go on treadmill set it on 15%incline and 4.6 speed and hard new for 20 min while keeping perfect posture. After I eat raw honey for igf 1 signaling. Keep in mind this is probably cope but I have seen good results from this and my teeth issues are fixed so I’m gonna keep spamming this method regardless
