information that may be important: I am 13 years old, southeast asian. I followed @Denmax's advice and failed he said that I should use 3kg plates and neck curl 10 sets of 7 reps with 5 minutes rest between sets. Since I don't have a gym chair and plates, I used a hard wooden surface similar to a bed to do neck curls and used a backpack with 3 water bottles totaling 2.75 liters to see if I should buy 3kg plates. I prepared as follows: medium/small backpack 3 water bottles: 1 1.75 liter bottle and 2 500ml bottles totaling 1 liter, a soft, thick towel tied to the bottles so that it doesn't move and the force is evenly distributed, weighing about 200g, a towel to cover the forehead. I lay on a wooden bed with my shoulders flat against the last area (inside and outside), my head and neck were completely on the outside, my legs were bent, my feet were flat on the bed, I put the backpack on my forehead and did the movement as usual, there were two problems as follows: 1 If I hold both sides of the backpack and bend my neck like a normal neck curl, the backpack will press on my face and nose, that weight is too heavy, I can do it but I will destroy my own cervical vertebrae. 2: If I put both hands on my forehead to create more resistance, my head will be tilted down and I cannot do the neck curl. Someone please help me find a more suitable weight for me. Some opposing opinions from AI: I should practice neck curl without weights first until I am proficient and then use weights, and the maximum is 1kg, I do not agree with this opinion because when I practice without weights I do not feel anything. 2 10 sets is too much even for adults, the neck muscle is a weak muscle that cannot be practiced in that many sets for beginners. 5 min break is too long to be effective. 5 minute break is not too long lol. You should rest until your heartbeat goes back to resting rate

How will it damage your eyes I don’t understand? Are you putting the weight on your eyes?
you're talking to a foreign child who has no clue what he's doing. Trying to decipher his words is an impossible task.

They rizz my ex, they laugh at me when i failure, i hav no friend now but 1 y ago it was perfect id glow up but now i make some mistake so it hardly to back my prime, i even just look in the wall in break time and say 0 word
