Only ever happened once tbh not sure if it would count:
Was in HS with my mates and a literal indian midget (yes like a medical reason gigamidget) junior came up to me and told me I looked very good, I just said ty and she walked away.
It was awkward but I never counted it because she was deformed thats the only cold compliment I've ever gotten from a non-family foid, others have just complimented me on my body but never my face.
