If a girls says she loves you it can means 2 things.

2 She does not love you and she only says it because her deep desire is to to be loved herself. It does not matter if its sincere. So she says she loves you in the hope you fall deeply in love as a bluepilled npc what makes her think good about herself.

I've done it too it's just a waste of time and energy if you know you wouldn't even like to be seen in public with her. Whenever I've done it I've ended up blocking them after a few days

The second one isn't as bad as you might think because I do the same
