It does not prove that women have a preference for manlets, it just means that he approached enough to where his approach success rate of x% equates to 100 slays.
Lets say he approached 1000 beckies to get 100 slays, he has an approach success rate of 10%, during this time he had no girls approach him and directly tell him they wanted sex without his escalation

Likewise, If a tall guy approached 1000 beckies and managed 100 slays, this does not prove that being tall is the primary factor for slaying
It just means that he approached enough to where 10% of the beckies were willing to proceed to having sex
If he didn't have a single woman approach him in this time directly telling him that they wanted sex, well then his SMV is directly equal to the manlet in question
His height serves no advantage

tl:dr If you have a sub 99th percentile face you are just stuck playing a numbers game where height will have minimal impact on your success rate because there will be enough women who pick up on your other flaws to reject you which counters the few that are interested in your perceived positive trait

if both guys were equally the same in facial looks then the manlet is at a considerable disadvantage and the tall guy has to approach say 1000 girls for the lays while the manlet has to approach 10000 girls for the lays
