if a skinny person started eating naturally and on a consistent surplus, would they gain natural muscle and a "good" natural physique? without working out


would they actually gain healthy muscle from just eating well? or would they just become skinnyfat/fat unless they would actually work out to fill in their frame

probably very little but the key is to stay lean

eating in a consistent caloric surplus for example 300-500kcal would just lead to you becoming fat, as without exercise/working out the excess calories that are unused during the day from most likely you staying relatively stationary would convert and store away as fat around you intestines causing that skinny fat look, you wouldnt gain any muscle however if within ur macros you arent consistently hitting your atleast gram per lbs bw of protein you may even start to lose muscle (atrophy). also you cant fill out your frame without training delts
