If a White person was never racist until they moved to a place where they come into contact with a lot of blacks, who's to blame?

Honestly black peoples aren’t that bad, it’s just the ghetto ones. I have no problem with a black dude as long as he ain’t some person without manners

From what I've seen, it's not even as simple as "ghetto ones are bad; non-ghetto ones are good"

I used to frequently run into this black man you could describe as ghetto. We were both big fans of each other (When I say I hate blacks, I'm speaking in generalities. I'm willing to grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis)

On the other hand, plenty of non-ghetto blacks are racist against Whites.

There are good and bad among ghetto blacks and non-ghetto blacks. Most from both groups are bad, however.
