Your average person from Mali knows at least 4 languages. their native language, and the regional language, French, and English. same goes for other African countries. so if Black people are dumb, why are they so multilingual?

Dude, knowing even 1 foreign language FULLY, and you speak it fluently in text, writing, speaking, and you can generally understand what people say is extremely hard. let alone 10 languages. you are just coping. I know English and I can speak it fluently, I have learned both Russian and French, but I can only speak Russian or French in text, when it comes to real life speaking, than I don't understand jack. so no. speaking 4 languages is WAY WAY harder. and let alone 10 languages.
