It's been "cool" to hate Blacks and Jews online for as long as I could remember.

I remember when Yahoo Answers was still active, you had a group of trolls giving racist questions and answers and the Black users there would actually troll them back and it became a routine. In fact, it was pretty entertaining to see the racists and the Black users have whole roasting sessions like they were friends.

Ironically, one of the most racist trolls was exposed as a gay White man from Minnesota with a Black boyfriend irl which was quite a hilarious revelation. I believe he LARPED as a woman named Britney too.

Then you had Topix, another forum that got scrapped that also had similar anti-Black, anti-Semitic, and anti-immigrant trolls. And the threads used to be full of ragebait, trolling, edgy humor, racial slurs, pics of Obama depicting him as monkey, etc.

The Internet was always the place where weird White dudes online would LARP as "race realist" Neo Nazis and hate Blacks, Jews, and immigrants over just about anything.

I'm 30 years old and have been posting on the Internet since 2006 as a middle schooler. I've seen it all. It's never been "cool" to like Black people on the anonymous Internet. Also, anti-Mexican/Central American hate used to be super strong too. People treated them like bleached niggers for quite some time even before Trump.
