Because words have the ability to interfere with u ndiminished will to power. So he says to discard with words once you have reached a decision even though In retrospective it may be a stupid decision. Same vein, he says warriors don’t need a reason to go to war- it is an overflowing of their conquering instinct that makes them risk life and not some rational doctrine no matter how aesthetic or convincing
