If both mandible and maxilla are narrow, how would you fix it at13-14?

I had 4 of my premolars removed cuz i had overcrowding. both my upper and lower jaw were and still are narrow, my mandible is recessed. Was there another way to fix it?

Lowk kinda over twin since they extract your teeth your maxilla cooked and chin you face gonna look flat
