I do soccer and running alongside gym i eat a lot more then the average person Im just overly strict with food types tbhOnly women think of calories a real man is always physically active and needs to constantly inhale food

Ye I agree everyone’s different tbh. Ive cut out most shit tbh, refined sugar like chocolate was the absolute killer for me, stuff like dairy doesn’t seem to do me any negatives but if I eat sugars i can literally see a difference within 24 hours.It depends on your body but just plants and grains and dairy tbh.

Ye out of choice Ive cleaned up diet a lot, but I genuinely used to pound carbs daily like bread etc and was fine so long as there’s no candy type of thing i see no major change.
