Early life develops your brain so if your early life was mostly being insecure you might still be insecure in late ages even if you become more attractive, not always the case though.

Yes but almost all the time very attractive people develop in excellent environments socially, so it's almost impossible for them to be shy or outcasted. You'd be hard pressed to find examples of attractive people living rough lives
