Title pretty much but I am just wondering would most people ideally get more surgeries / more premium surgeries / bigger surgeries?

I would upgrade my plan to standard bimax to custom titanium plates bimax and virtual planned surgery so I would know what I'm getting and the surgeon doesn't wake me up saying he only added 5 millimeters when the plan was 10.

I would also get orbital box osteotomy

If you could get anything what would you order?
