If DIY fillers are possible, why aren't DIY implants possible?

When discussing DIY surgeries DIY bimax is really unfeasable since you have to do osteotomies which realistically none of us are gonna be able to fucking do, people who get bimax literally stay in the ICU after. Surgeries with ostetomies are very impractical to do DIY. DIY rhinoplasty might be possible if you just mess around with the cartilage and don't do any nasal bone cuts (assuming you've done tons of research and practiced on cadavers or dummies).

Many users in this forum have done DIY filler but has anybody thought about DIY implants? Specifically silicone implants which do not require screws (yes they're not the ideal implant material sure but they're the most beginner friendly). How hard can it be? It doesn't require osteotomy, all it requires is peeling of soft tissue and placing implant there and stitching the soft tissue back. Assuming you are not a retard and genuinely do research and preperation I genuinely believe this is possible.

You’d die from the pain.

And if you don’t you’d probably regret it for life and under such a condition where your fucking skin is cut and peeled off where the deeper layers are exposed you’d fuck up so you’d end up ruining your whole freaking face.

idk just maybe implants require very high precision and skill not to fuck up??
The implants no, the incisions yes, silicone implants you just place them in the hardest part would be making the cut.

This isn't like a bimax either you dont need intensive recovery

DIY Filler: injecting
DIY Implants: cut the skin up and place an expensive titanium implant

After DIY filler: Nuthin
After DIY implants: infection

I just explained how you could use other materials than titanium

Mental masturbation. It'd be better if you get a friend to do it while you're under DIY twilight anesthesia (lidocain + benzo) but highly unlikely. Theres a reason implants are only performed under general anestheisa

This is what i'm saying it would require two people to perform with sedatives or whatever form of anesthesia you can get
But realistically you could do this shit

This is way too fucking far bro don't post a thread about this again
wdym research? Some months of research doesn't replace anatomy knowledge and practice of techniques for years in med school, emergency response, capability for revision etc

also how are you ignoring infection risks? it's a major risk in hospitals too

this is literally borderline impossible and something prolly only cavemen would do

sven if u manage to not kys and place the implants you most likely wouldn't get the results you wanted and could end up a subhuman even a mm wrong placement could possibly erode bones

ur too overconfident rn nigga instead get a job and save up
@Senescence NIGGA UR SUPPOSED TO REP ME NOT THE OPPS

@Veridic opinions?

A lot of surgerys require anesthesia, medications against the pain and you need to have a good pulse and the surgery that have the most change requiere an osteotomy, a filler is a lot more easy than a DIY surgery, and without considering that you can have an infection because of the materials used. If you want a surgery just save money and go to a clinic or hospital, is a lot better than practically dying for a DIY surgery.

I just explained how you could use other materials than titanium
That doesn't offset the other risks seen with DIY implants.

You'd have way more inflammation than filler, that cannot be coped with NSAIDs, Steroids, or collagen compounds, which is further exacerbated by the infections to come.

Besides, silicone will act like filler, it is softer than titanium. It resorbs the bone long term compared to titanium which binds to bone.

Unless you're doing a DIY breast implant, titanium is optimal
