simply not true i grew up paleo till i was 12 and im still recessed just like my grandpa its genetic

that is because a human needs time to revert back to its natural form, potterngers cat experiment explains it, if a 3 generations of cats eat goyslop (i.e cooked meat) that means 3 generations of degration, if the 4th generation eats primal then they will go back up to the 2nd generation of generation. it takes generations for an animal to revert back to its primal self, you woudlve been EVEN MORE recessed if u didnt eat paleo, make sure your kids eat paleo to.
